What is your motivation to become a Mod: I want to improve the server, I will not abuse and I will be really nice and advertise this server.

I am going to donate in the future, I could be a big help with the coding too.

Why do you want to be a Mod on this Server: I want to motivate people to play, and make a good economy, so people will play more to max out and make money. I do not ban usually. I usually mute.

Why should we consider you and not others for this position: I have played for a while, Yes I have gotten banned, But.. I have learned my lesson and it will not happen again.

How do you handle and resolve conflicts among players and other scenarios: What I usually do is make everyone tell their side of the story, Then I decide by the proof and evidence that the other player gives.

I think this should be almost like the presidancy, if you have a record ( You have been banned + Ip-Banned)
So you cant be mod.
